By accessing or using the Lexon Stream lexon stream service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Lexon Stream provides digital streaming services over the internet. Quality of service depends on your local internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for standard streaming and 30 Mbps for 4K streaming.
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Account sharing beyond the permitted devices specified in your plan (e.g., sharing a single-screen code with 5 friends) will result in immediate termination without refund.
In no event shall Lexon Stream, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
